Zeroflex Sound Deadener is a vibration-damping mat featuring a butyl rubber layer for noise absorption and an aluminium top layer for added protection.
Each package includes 9 sheets, measuring 460x800mm with a thickness between of 2.2mm.
Zeroflex's butyl-based product is easy to apply without heating, remains odour-free, and maintains its flexibility over time, unlike traditional tar-based materials.

To soundproof a single cab 79 series comprehensively, covering door skins, floor pan, roof, and rear wall, approximately 4.5 square meters of Zeroflex Sound Deadener is needed. This measurement ensures nearly every accessible area is covered without the need to dismantle the dashboard. For a dual cab 79 series, to achieve similar extensive coverage, around 6.5 square meters of the material would be required.
